What YKC Agency collects about you, why, who else handles it and how to see, fix or delete it.
The contact form takes your name and email, and anything else you add: your business, phone, budget, how you found us and your message. Formspree receives it, keeps a copy and emails it to Paul. Write or call direct and we keep what you send.
The booking link opens Calendly, which takes your name, your email and the time you choose, and puts the call in Paul’s diary.
It takes your answers, your business name and website, your email and, if you add it, your phone. Tally runs the form. We send your results and, at most, one follow-up from Paul. Anything more only if you said yes on the form.
Cloudflare hosts the site and counts visits with Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and knows no one by name. The type comes from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts, which see your IP address the way any font service does. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising pixel.
Before an Audit or a first email we read what a business publishes about itself: its website, its search results, its listings. That can include the names and roles of the people who run it, as they list them. We use it to judge whether we can help, and to write to the address the business publishes.
To answer you, do the work you ask for, send what you asked for and keep the records a business has to keep. Nothing else.
Never sold, rented or traded, and never used to build advertising audiences.
Formspree, Calendly, Tally, Cloudflare, Adobe and Google, which runs our email. Each one handles it only to run its service for us. Some keep it outside Australia, mostly in the United States and the European Union.
For as long as we’re talking, then as long as business records need it. Anything tied to an invoice stays five years, as the tax office requires. The rest goes when it’s no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
Email paul@ykc.agency and say what you’d like. You get an answer inside 30 days, usually much sooner.
Tell Paul first. If that doesn’t settle it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au.
